Jeffrey Bunten
A graduate of the University of Missouri at Kansas City – School of Law, Jeff has substantial experience in representing clients before the Social Security Administration (SSA) in claims such as Disability Insurance Benefits (DIB), Supplemental Security Income (SSI) and Children’s SSI. He also represents United States Veterans and their dependents in claims of service-connected disabilities and pension before the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Jeff has represented thousands of individuals before Administrative Law Judges (ALJ), the United States District Court – Eastern District of Missouri, the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit and the United States Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (USCAVC).Jeff is a member of the Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis (BAMSL) where he previously served as chair of the Administrative Law Committee. He is also a member of the American Bar Association (ABA), the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR) and the National Organization of Veteran’s Advocates (NOVA) where he served on the Board of Directors.
